How long does a roof replacement take?

Should I repair or replace my roof?
If the damage is isolated and the roof still has years of life left, a repair makes sense. If the roof is old, the damage is widespread, or you keep fixing the same problems, replacement is usually the smarter long-term value. What is the GAF Golden Pledge warranty?
The Golden Pledge is GAF’s strongest warranty: up to 50 years of coverage on materials and workmanship with an unlimited wind rating. Only GAF Master Elite contractors, the top 2 percent in the country, are allowed to offer it. We register it for you when your replacement is complete.
Will you replace the wood under my shingles if it is rotted?
Yes. After tear-off we inspect the entire deck and replace any decking that is rotted, soft, or damaged before new material goes down. Building on bad wood undermines the whole roof, so this step is never skipped on a Patriots’ Roofing replacement.
